Soundwell provides a variety of ways to access music therapy, to meet the needs of different people. These include:

  • weekly groups by referral
  • open groups
  • groups for unpaid carers
  • individual sessions
  • singing groups
  • outreach sessions
  • projects with partner organisations.

Current groups

We are in the process of restarting face-to-face groups in Bristol and Bath.  Singing groups will continue to be held via Zoom because of current government guidelines.

Fortnightly group for unpaid carers on Fridays, 11am-12pm. Open to people who live in B&NES. (This group is currently full but please get in touch as spaces may become available).

Fortnightly open group on Fridays, 11am-12pm. Open to people who live in B&NES. An open-access music therapy group to promote creativity, wellbeing, self-expression and to connect with others through the music created. Open to anyone wishing to support their mental health and wellbeing through music. Low pressure environment, no musical experience necessary. Places must be booked in advance.
